VERY Newbie problem

I took the sample code for a datagrid and tried to use it, but I can't seem to get the include working. Everyworks fine (I've included my own mysql code) up until I add the $_DATAGRID->bind. I'm sure my include is not being referenced properly. Here's where it's stored locally:
C:\Apache2\WWW\localhost\datagrid
How should it look exactly in my include?
